These ladies are always hopping when I get there but they're efficient and fast! I'll be honest, they definitely need to work on the friendliness portion. Not that they're rude per say, they just aren't very welcoming. They need to smile more.
I am traveling from out of state for my grandmothers funeral on Valentines day. When I entered this location, it was very clean and everybody greeted me with a smile. I ordered my usual drink and food (which were done perfectly), and picked it up, however I also received a little surprise by also getting a valentines day treat with a hand written note on it “You are making a difference in this world”. We don't stop in at Starbucks often because it can be a bit pricey. But once in awhile it's nice to have a treat and today it was well worth our time. We had the caramel ribbon Frappuccino and it was delicious.
