bad customer service they don't even know how to prepare a drink to top it off the fat chick's on this location have an attitude problem, they screw up ur drink and make u wait like 20min plus to work on ur drink again won't recommend this location at all waste of time.

We don't stop in at Starbucks often because it can be a bit pricey. But once in awhile it's nice to have a treat and today it was well worth our time. We had the caramel ribbon Frappuccino and it was delicious.

I walked in and wasn't spoken to. AT ALL!!! I stood in line for about 3min and wasn't even acknowledged! I don't know if it was racism or blatant disrespect. NEVER AGAIN!!!

These ladies are always hopping when I get there but they're efficient and fast! I'll be honest, they definitely need to work on the friendliness portion. Not that they're rude per say, they just aren't very welcoming. They need to smile more.

Saturday, 2/11/2023 11AM: Our order totaled $9.74. We pulled up to the window and paid with a brand new $15.00 gift card. The cashier handed us our card back and said we still owed $7+. We questioned the cashier, but she was less than helpful and said we had to call the number on the card for more info. Not wanting to hold up the line, I handed her my debit card to settle up.After paying, they handed us our items, which were not what we ordered. To state the obvious, they rang us up for the wrong order. They eventually gave us a new $10.00 gift card and sent us on our way with the correct items.Shortly after, I checked my bank account and found that they charged my debit card $12.73 instead of the originally-stated $7+.To summarize, instead of $9.74, our total cost for the order was as follows:$15.00 charge to original gift card + $12.73 charged to our bank account - $5.26 credit later applied to original gift card - $10.00 new gift card provided = $12.47.In the end, we were shorted less than $3...not a big deal in the grand scheme of things, but there were several mistakes made for a simple order and they could've been more helpful/straightforward in getting things squared away.Moral of the story? Get a receipt.

I am traveling from out of state for my grandmothers funeral on Valentines day. When I entered this location, it was very clean and everybody greeted me with a smile. I ordered my usual drink and food (which were done perfectly), and picked it up, however I also received a little surprise by also getting a valentines day treat with a hand written note on it “You are making a difference in this world”. This really turned my day around, and for that I thank you. To the friendly baristas, and especially to the young lady in the all red outfit. This is the second time I have been to this location this year and I was extremely disappointed both times. Someone needs to teach them how to make Shaken Espressos without making them taste like week old coffee. I get the same drink at other locations and really enjoy it. How this place was busy I have no idea.

I walked in and waited to order only to find out there was no way to order then I left and the kids behind the counter mocked me!!! This is unacceptable, in this day I shouldn't have to worry about some kids treating me like that. I was a customer and that's how they treat you!!!
