“Very clean and modern atmosphere. The owners are really nice and friendly. Coffee is smooth. Pastries are freshly made and sealed in the glass jar to keep fresh. The peanut butter cookies were even warm when I got them in the noon. You can tell the owners are really hard working and taking care of the business properly.”

“We stopped in the evening of 3/17. We got a large sausage, mushrooms and onion pizza with a side of garlic cheese bread. Hands down the best pizza I've had! The staff was very helpful and positive. Large pizza and cheese bread,softdrinks was under $30. We will go back.”

“Five Points Dallas Center is well worth the short drive from the Des Moines metro area. Everything from the appetizers to the desserts were a gastronomic treat! Besides the wonderful menu, daily specials can be found. Also, the bartender is well versed in specialty drinks. I am delighted I found this charming new restaurant.”

“The best little coffee shop you've never heard of. Need to get away and relax with a hot cup of coffee or tea? Make the drive out to Dallas Center a priority. Meg and her wonderful staff will make sure you leave with a smile and great conversation. I judge most coffee shops by their black coffee and Sugar Grove has the best. Fresh donuts daily from a local proprietor coupled with art and keepsakes made by area crafts people will leave you wondering why you hadn't come sooner. And the sammies are out of this world. Do yourself a favor and get to Sugar Grove Good sooner rather than later!!”

The ONLY reason it's a 4 with me is because it can get pretty loud in there due to the tile floors and nothing to soak up the sound. I'd suggest maybe some sound panels for the walls :)”

“One of my favorite restaurants, also my granddaughter's favorite. The staff are always super friendly and helpful. Food is always delicious and fresh. Good portion sizes, I've never left there hungry. I love that as soon as you sit down they bring you salsa and queso with chips. And the steak fajitas are my favorite. If you've never been there I would highly recommend checking it out”

“We wandered over to check this place out, heard it was similar to Pad Thai Garden. We have missed them SO much so decided to make the drive... We walked in and noticed all tables were full-always a good sign. Decided we would get ours to go. Ordered Pad Thai (1 *) with chicken, drunken noodles (2*) and a veggie delight. The pad Thai was good, not great. It wasn't bad, it just didn't have much of whatever that Thai umami flavor is that I'm obsessed with. 3/5 stars. The drunken noodles were my favorite and surprisingly so, it was a last minute choice to add on. I'd drive there again for these alone 5/5. The veggie delight (ordered 2 *) was also spicy and flavorful. We should have tried an appetizer and probably will next time. I'm not sure I'd make it a frequent destination at 25 min each way, but if you're around it's absolutely worth stopping in :) It's a solid Thai place and I'm glad the people in the area have a good option!”

I try new taco places at least 2 times a week, and each has been a disappointment. I am super picky about my Al Pastor, especially. If you have never had Pupusas then get in your vehicle and head over right now. Furthermore, the Quarter Chicken (un quarto de pollo) is perfectly seasoned and always done perfectly. Definitely good value as well.”
