My mother went through the drive thru today between 12:00pm and 3:00pm. She had a separate order. One for her and one for my aunt. When my mom told the lady at the drive thru that she needed to do the multi order option the lady told my mom they don’t do those and she could either order her food get the food and then come back around or go inside and do it that way. Order at the kiosk...only time you see/speak to employee is when they're handing you your food....and even that service wasn't very good....food was haphazardly thrown together, it was cold (when should have been hot....

Overall, the food quality just isn't very good anymore. I miss the salads. But the kids love it, most of the staff are nice, and we love the playplace. Almost every time I eat at this location, my food just comes out tepid. The drink counter is always a gross mess. But again, having a playplace is amazing in this community. I like what McDonalds does with the Ronald McDonald House, and most of the staff are courteous.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly location with PlayPlace
