We chose to come to McDonald's over the other fast food restaurant options in the area on our trip due to the play area. Our child was extremely excited to be able to play at it. However after ordering we headed to the play area only to find out it opens at 11am and it was 9am. We had an extremely sad child and we were pretty disappointed ourselves. I'm not sue what the reasoning is for not having that area open in the mornings as well. If the store is open that area should be also. Very taunting for young children. It's a wonderful feature and unfortunate that a wonderful experience was missed out on. Otherwise the area was pretty clean and our food was ready in a reasonable time.Kid-friendliness: Disappointed in Plat area not being open. Not kid friendly before 11am...

McDonald’s makes anyone managers now a days very rude manager named crystal refused to make my service cause it didn’t go through their computer even tho I had confirmation on my phones end and transaction receipt she still refused cause McDonald’s would be missing out on $20 had a very snobby attitude let other employees get involved when I was just speaking directly to her started gossiping with the other employees about me while I was on the phone with DoorDash trying to solve the problem DoorDash said it was mcdonalds system that messed up since everything went through on DoorDash after I got home I called and ask for her name she gave me her first name refused to give me her last name then hung up on me I kept my composure and didn’t say anything wrong to them other than my situation then on the other hand were whispering in each others ear making it seem like a joke do better crystal

Overall, the food quality just isn't very good anymore. I miss the salads. But the kids love it, most of the staff are nice, and we love the playplace. Almost every time I eat at this location, my food just comes out tepid. The drink counter is always a gross mess. But again, having a playplace is amazing in this community. I like what McDonalds does with the Ronald McDonald House, and most of the staff are courteous.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly location with PlayPlace

I work customer service, I understand it is hard. But the workers here SUCK. Had trouble with their ordering station and it wouldn't print my receipt or tell me my number after I paid, went up to the front to ask the teenage girl for help and she rolled her eyes. Her manager then decided to scream at her. She might've been rude but the manager did not have to humiliate her.Working customer service sucks and especially when it is busy, but it is your JOB. When I got my order she slammed it down and stared at me, not calling my number. I went to grab it said thank you and she rolled her eyes and Stormed away. My friend orders to dine in and the same lady brought her food to the table and slammed it down, we said thank you and she glared at us and walked away. Just because your manager yelled at you, you do not have to take it out on people who were being patient and kind. Also I understand this is literally just McDonald's so it isn't that deep, but c'mon man.Kid-friendliness: It's McDonald's. It was made for kids. Pretty unsanitary and not well cleaned

Went through the drive through gave the lady a $20 bill she hands me change back. I continue to the second window look at my receipt which was wrong and got ripped out of $10. Told the people in the second window all they can do is call me, if the drawer is over! I will never go back!! ?

My mother went through the drive thru today between 12:00pm and 3:00pm. She had a separate order. One for her and one for my aunt. When my mom told the lady at the drive thru that she needed to do the multi order option the lady told my mom they don’t do those and she could either order her food get the food and then come back around or go inside and do it that way. I’m sorry but I’ve worked at McDonald’s for years and I know that there is a multi order option.. the way the lady spoke to my mom was very very rude and this McDonald’s is lucky I’m only making a review and not a complaint to HR. Stop being disrespectful and rude to your customers.

So the only day your suppose to have a special for dbl cheeseburgers and supposedly the app isn't working and your wanting to charge dbl of what the offer states and act as though the issue is on your customers end and telling them there isn't anything you can do. I know managers are able to override you just don't want to.
