It's cheap pizza that isn't cut. I ordered one of their large cookies... it came uncut as well. Leading me to believe it was a single cookie. Now I weigh several hundred pounds. If I'd just bought a package of cookies from the grocery my life would be so different. They need to increase their employees pay in the hopes that they can eat some protein and cut through crust and not just cheese. 1 star for tasting like pizza.
Their food is always good and usually they get it right. Last night I ordered a pick up order for my husband to grab. When he got home, I realized the two orders of cheese sticks were missing. I called and was on hold for awhile. It took the guy about 5 minutes to figure it out. Once he did, he didn’t even say sorry or offer to deliver them. A few days ago I ordered delivery from pizza hut. It was around 10:50 pm when I placed my order. I work in the restaurant industry myself so, I felt a little bad about this. My order wasn't too big though. I ordered just one large pizza. It said my estimated delivery time would be 11:40 pm.I received my pizza by 11:20.
