I am from out of town and picked up my nephew for a few errands. Once we were done, I asked where the best place for ice cream in Ottumwa is. He told me Rock N Roll Dairy Bar. I had never been there, so we tried it out. I got a turtle sundae, and it was amazing. I’m not really a vanilla fan, but I could get excited about a bowl of their vanilla ice cream. I’ll definitely be back if I’m in town again!
Very good place to eat they have the best corndogs in town and little known fact they have a Wednesday special that brings back memories of a restaurant called nesters amazing homemade chicken and noodles mashed potatoes and corn with a dinner roll

Friendly service with an old time feel to the place. Good selection of food and ice cream and it didn't take long to make it to our table. Only thing missing would be a jukebox to make this place complete.
