food was cold ordered with my family still had some with me in line went to get my pop cashier proceeded to yell at me at the top of my lungs I needed to pay as my father was behind me paying. my Ruben was ice cold and my boyfriend brown sugar bacon roast beef bun was burnt. I didn't finish my food the highlight was the employee in the back yelling. I have never experienced a restaurant that was so terrible will never be back

I don’t really like eating fast foods, but I was kind of desperate this one day and I thought OK I saw this advertised on TV and I thought I’d give it a shot. I got the fish sandwich and I was pleasantly surprised I thought it was absolutely delicious.

Food was cold order to Cherry desert 68 warmed it up in their arm pit fries were called sandwich was called the bum was actually soft and edible just surprising nobody in line no one behind me almost 7:00 at night should be able to get a hot meal sad but true another Arby'
I got a chicken wrap and it was the worst I've ever had! Chicken was definitely old and had sat in a basket or warmer for awhile. The tortilla was tough as well just overall not good and do not recommend.
The food has gone down in size drastically. But it was still good. Store was clean and associates were friendly.

Why since you are advertising fish when I stop and ask for fish I am told you don’t sell fish I have tried twice and get the same answer
