“My family loves the big menu, the new chicken and waffles is quickly becoming a favorite. The service is always prompt and quality. The setting is a typical dinner but is also clean. It's very casual we have seen a group of older ladies playing cards at a table several times. Which always makes us smile.“
“This is a very small café with incredible food and service. Items our party had were: the hot beef, which was hot sliced roast beef between two slices of bread with mashed potatoes and gravy on top. Veggies would be a nice addition to this plate, but it doesn't come with that. It was delicious. #6 with a side of toast - two slices of French toast with a regular side of toast on the side which was an additional item. The bread here is homemade. And really yummy. Ham and cheese omelette was delicious as well. It is not a large place. It is small. Our server was excellent, and very patient with us. From a restaurant service perspective, the employees of this place could easily train many others around the state of Nebraska. We experienced the kind of customer service that was a regular thing in our society many many years ago. This is a cash only establishment. If you forget to go to the ATM before you come, there is an ATM in the café.“
“Absolutely amazing! Food tastes fresh and not greasy like other places. Staff are really nice, but they do need more staff. Amazing people with amazing food. Highly recommend and will be coming back. The seats do have holes in them but that didn't take away from how nice it was to be there.Vegetarian options: I hate the veggie omelet and it was awesome.“
