The burgers are seriously to die for! It's like the adult version of McDonald's, but sooo much better. I love that patty is greasy but not gag greasy. It doesn't make the bun soggy, and it doesn't overpower the condiments on the burger. I absolutely love the cheese curds. There's usually a wait to get the food but totally worth it. Yum!
The burgers and fries were typical of this chain. Good and warm. The guy taking the order got it wrong twice and finally on the third attempt at me placing my order, he got it correct. Frustrating for me and the line of people behind me in the drive thru.

This review is based more on customer service.We have ordered online and came to pick. While at the site and standing at curb pick up area after we already let them know "we are here" , I had to go inside search for my order because after 15 min waiting nobody brought the food out. BTW, the food was almost cold and kids were not happy about that.Please, pay attention no matter how busy everyone is.
