I visited at 12:30 p.m. The soft drink machine had no ice, and it evidently had been empty for a good while in that the soda was warm. They were out of French fries! Either they are understaffed, management does not know how to direct employees, or both. I like the food at Popeye's, but service is awful. I am still waiting on my chicken tenders 15 minutes later
Excellent service. We stopped in during a cold wintery day, and the employee that served us went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had what we needed with our small child. And the food was great, as always!

Went through the drive through at about 845 on a Saturday night. The line was kinda long but we really wanted Popeyes Chicken sandwich.
