This was a let down. We came here to celebrate easter as a family and the drinks came with things floating in them. The service was slow and inconsistent but not terrible. Food was still pretty good but nothing special. The floor was sticky and overall the restaurant wasn’t very clean.

Food was very good as always..service was poor. Pretty sure the server was new and had little to no training, not thier fault of course most likely poor management. The bartender need training, I ordered a whiskey sour double chilled....it was served with mostly whiskey, some sour and no soda..and served on the rocks. I had to ask for a sprite to add to my drink that was a very dirty sour color. ?

It was pretty busy, we got seated first but the people who got seated after us got waited on first. By the time we were able to ask for more fries we were done eating and ready to go, would have been nice to be able to have more fries with the burgers. The food is so good, I enjoy eating there except for the service. The waitress didn't come back to our table until it was time for us to leave.

Food was horrible, didn’t get out drinks until after we received our food. Got all of our food at different times and was told we were going to be receiving a discount for our troubles that was specifically offered and never asked by us. Waited and waited and never received said discount. Either way we will never come here ever again!!!

Bathroom dirty, fork had food stuck to it, hair on my plate, and an employee coat tossed onto the corner of the bar. When I told waiter about the hair he asked me “where”? Not wanting or expecting ANY type of compensation, but the only acknowledgment for the 2 gross table incidents was “sorry about that”, and he did replace the fork and brought my food on a different plate (was kind of hard to eat at that point, but the flavor was good. Will return to a Red Robin, but NOT this one!!

My burger was cold and it appeared to have been cooked ahead of time and kept somewhat 'warm'. The kids pizza was terrible, the kids refused to eat it after 2 bites. What kind of kid doesn't like pizza?? Even the fries were cold, don't want never ending cold fries. Saw lots of food left on plates around the place as we left. For $50+ not impressed, nor will we go back.
