Red Robin isn't what it used to be. It was always a full on experience, and now it is just a tired chain with overpriced common food and too few good workers. That said, we totally scored with our waitress last night...she was a gem! The most attentive in years and handled her job perfectly. TY! But, my no pink burger, was pink. The food is always great. Then I get a glimpse into the kitchen and it's been a disaster at times. Messes on the floor and water. Some of the seats need replaced in the dinning area. Not to far gone to be bad. But hopefully they can fix up a few of these issues in the near

It was pretty busy, we got seated first but the people who got seated after us got waited on first. By the time we were able to ask for more fries we were done eating and ready to go, would have been nice to be able to have more fries with the burgers. The food is so good, I enjoy eating there except for the service. The waitress didn't come back to our table until it was time for us to leave.
