We really enjoy the food but I had to give a 1 star review on service because, of the last 5 times we've attempted to eat there, the lobby was locked during business hours on 3 of those trips and we ended up eating somewhere else. The two times we were able to come inside we had to use a self service kiosk to order.

The soda machine was so dirty it would not mix properly. It sprayed orange syrup all over my 7 yr old shirt. The employees didn't even apologize. The dining area was filthy. The bathrooms looked like they hadn't been cleaned for some time. I will not return.

I went to the drive thru about 8:45am waited for like 10 mins no one took my order so I proceed to the lobby to go inside and order my food and nope they have a sign posted sorry main lobby closed but the drive thru is open which it was not and I can clearly see the employees inside just standing around who ever is the manager there y'all suck at your service

The last time I went here I was asking about something without pickles and all that weren't real salty because I have kidney and liver issues and I'm not supposed to have too much sodium and whoever took my order was very pleasant to speak to and very patient and took my order and was very very kind and then when I got to the window it was actually a teenager and I I made sure that a complimented person and went from there although I wish I could have got French fries with no salt cuz I really enjoy french fries but every time you ask any of these companies not just yours do no salt on fries they act like it's going to kill them but otherwise the food was good and if I didn't have this issue I would have got the bacon burger the big one I love bacon but now I can't have it unless it's low sodium

Went there because my kids chose this for dinner.We got the buggy bags and other meal deals and honestly it wasn't horrible but it wasn't great either.We ate outside.

The chili gets five stars. The negative vibe and service here do not. I have been in this town for a month, and they never quite get my order right. Today, they gave me the shortest cup of chili I have ever gotten, and I travel nationally A LOT. I go to Wendy's all over the country; there is one in Phx on Southern, and this one in Sioux City who seem to take tremendous pride in the IDGAF about you attitude, especially compared to all the others, probably 100 locations, that I have been to for the Chili.This place has a very meth at work sort of vibe.
