Unfortunately the place did not look nor smell clean. Out of numerous drinks on the fountain machine. And they did inform us immediately that they were out of biscuits so it left the menu minimal. Women's restroom was not clean and also did not smell very well.
The food is great and the service is awesome, the place itself was a bit messy, maybe they were short staff?? But it did need some cleaning. If next time I go it's clean I'll change my review ?

Been in this store several times in the last 6 months and the service is very poor and slow! One of the times we waited 10 minutes and never got waited on and we wear the only ones there ! I will never stop there again!

Ive never had a bad experience at this hardees before, today i ordered a HOT ham sandwich, they gave me a cold one with cold slices of ham and cheese. I waited 10 minutes because they were waiting on my sandwich when it came out super gross. ?

I've never had any bad food out of this Hardee's, and the service has always been good, however, if you eat in the restaurant, it's pretty dirty. The whole thing needs a face-lift, but in terms of cleanliness, it's lacking. On top of that, there's never any ketchup or napkins available to the customers, so you have to actually ask for that stuff when you order, which is just silly for a fast food place.Customer service has always been on point for me, and good, hot food has never been an issue, but it needs a thorough cleaning. My advice is to skip eating in and just hit up the drive thru instead.

The service was fine. The food was fine but the place needs a major cleaning. Floor was sticky, tables had food crumbs, and what I could see in the kitchen was not good... I think it is time for a wakeup call.

Came in the drive thru and they told me to please wait and after about 5 minutes they took my order and after that I waited in line for another 15 minutes and when I finally reached the window no one would come take my money for my order. Sitting there waiting at the window I noticed that everything inside was disgusting and gross (including the Hobbit worker! I dont think he had washed his clothes all week!) and need the be cleaned so I thought not today... I don't need to be getting sick from this place. I went across the road to subway and got my food in less than 5 minutes and the place was clean with nice people working.
