I've never had any bad food out of this Hardee's, and the service has always been good, however, if you eat in the restaurant, it's pretty dirty. The whole thing needs a face-lift, but in terms of cleanliness, it's lacking. On top of that, there's never any ketchup or napkins available to the customers, so you have to actually ask for that stuff when you order, which is just silly for a fast food place.Customer service has always been on point for me, and good, hot food has never...read full review
The service was fine. The food was fine but the place needs a major cleaning. Floor was sticky, tables had food crumbs, and what I could see in the kitchen was not good... I think it is time for a wakeup call.
