The staff at this store are always kind and very quick. It's a McDonald's so pretty much everyone knows what to expect as far as food goes. I've only been inside once but the store appeared clean and the atmosphere pleasant.
Too frequently our orders are not quite right either missing items or not the quality we should expect. The staff go through the motions with too little commitment to quality. The tables and floors are often uncleaned or messy even though there are staff standing around. I expect that the management is not doing a good job orienting and training the staff. Of McDonald's in the area, this one is below average. I have to rate "Not Sure" for some review items because of unpredictability.

I used the mobile app for pick up and I have no complaints. They got my order right and order was hot and fresh. The workers that brought it to my car were both kind and respectful and attentive. Plus there was salt on their fries thank God!
