“We stop here quite frequently traveling to DSM. They have a fantastic sub sandwich styler who puts together your sandwiches very neatly. He speaks clearly and loud enough so you can understand him the first time he asks how you want your sub made. When I order tuna salad he spreads the filling neatly across to the edges of the bun. his subs never fall apart or out of the bun when eating the final sandwich. Sometimes he takes the onions and green pepper slices and breaks them into smaller bits over the sub, which I am guessing his mother taught him to do, it brings out more veggie flavor. Today my hubby (ordered #3 Monster) commented that the fellow who made our subs has worked there for quite a long time. I'm so sorry I don't remember to note his name, but my very highest accolades to him. perhaps his supervisor will seek him out with my thanks. we were in about 12:35 PM.“

“This location is situated near the entrance to the North Grand Mall, but has an outside entrance as well. The store is small but the service is great and they made all of our sandwiches correct the first time (even with many modifications requested). Great sandwich shop in an okay location.Vegetarian options: Few veg options but they are tasty.Parking: Parking is for general mall patrons, delays the freaky fast claim to your sandwich.“

“Here on October 15 at 12:30 pm. I usually never write reviews, but someone please get this woman a raise! Every other subway in Ames has subpar service or stoned employees who don’t know where they are. This lady knew all the toppings of every sandwich, assembled both of my sandwiches to perfection, wrapped like Christmas, and had me out in 10 minutes. If an owner or manager is reading this, the 2 workers behind the counter on October 15 at 12:30 pm deserve whatever they are being paid and then some! These 2 are really doing the leg work for subways around the world! Keep it up!“
