Here on October 15 at 12:30 pm. I usually never write reviews, but someone please get this woman a raise! Every other subway in Ames has subpar service or stoned employees who don’t know where they are. This lady knew all the toppings of every sandwich, assembled both of my sandwiches to perfection, wrapped like Christmas, and had me out in 10 minutes. Very poor experience with this Subway.I've put in an online order a few times. Once I accidentally left this location selected when trying to put in an order for another Subway. I called them immediately in hopes to cancel, they didn't answer. I called again later without an answer.Lo an behold the next time I intentionally put in an order, when I show up, they haven't made it for me, accusing me of not picking up my order multiple times in the past!
