Terrible experience. We ordered ahead a $64 order and planned a 12:30 pick up. Card was charged and we got there just after noon and the place was dark and locked. There were other people standing outside who had also ordered from them wanting to pick up their food. We went next door to Kum and Go and they were very sympathetic and tried their best to reach the Subway management. It was clear this happens often. Major disappointment. Wheat bread? Out. Onions? Out. Green pepper? Have 2 slices thats all we have. Kid at the counter didn't even acknowledge me and waited for someone else to help me. Won't be back.
