Had the Tuscan Chicken Rigatoni, first time in over 6 months . . very mediocre, still looking for the chicken. Probably last time I’ll use them. Even their review posting process is funky, allowing only one click per reload. Served their place during Covid, thx for that, but quality has significantly declined.

Was expecting linguine with my chicken Alfredo and got rigatoni. Got linguine with my chicken parmigiana so it should not have been a problem.

I am beyond impressed with Cucina Fantasma customer service. We placed our order thru GrubHub. The driver had not shown up on time. The restaurant reached out to us to let us know our food was ready and waiting, but they were still waiting on a driver to pick it up. After confirming with me we had not had any contact with GrubHub, they tracked down the driver, got an update on pick up, and called me back with an order status update. Even though it wasn't the restaurant error, they volunteered to remake a couple of our dishes to make sure we received fresh food. The food is always on point here. Its sad they have to suffer the consequences of GrubHubs short comings. Cucina Fantasma put in the extra time and effort of remaking the food and tracking down the driver to ensure our order is still perfect. We will definitely order again without GrubHubs assistance though.

I ordered the Full Italian flatbread and Italian salad, and the response was that my delivery would be about 50-60 minutes. Great! After a text alert from CF, my food arrived 40 min after I ordered, contactless delivery. Even better! It looked amazing and tasted fabulous. The pizza was hot, toppings fresh and not soggy. The salad was a beautiful combo of fresh, crunchy ingredients. I highly recommend this delivery option and I’ll be ordering again soon!!

I was pressured into trying this restaurant by my girlfriend who loves Italian food, but I try and eat fairly healthy. I was really surprised that the dishes were good, pretty affordable, and had a lot of quality ingredients in them. We ordered the Seafood Risotto, a tortellini dish, stuffed breadsticks, and a tiramisu. I only have a pic of my food since she ran off with everything else, but all in all it was pretty good! I only wish Grubhub would have delivered it faster, but other than that it was nice
