I actually went today, and the place seemed like a cool vibe until I realized it was a grocery store. Still pretty cool. We went to order and the lady who was helping us was saying that we don’t have this, we don’t have that when those things we wanted were what we wanted to eat. That was one of the horrible things. Problem #2, our food was called periodically instead of the whole order at one time. The Biryani was absolutely horrendous, had no flavor or salt, and was extremely spicy for spice level medium. The lady was also shouting our orders out and we could not sit down in peace to eat food. The biryani in a box concept and the curry in a box concept was good, except the biryani looks premade and not fresh out of the pot. Curry also tasted horrendous, and naan portions were also terrible, giving 2 pieces of naan. Concept is cool but the whole taste of the food and the way it looks is really bad. Most probably my first and last time here.

We ordered Paneer Biryani last 2 weeks including this Saturday, I felt like they got some yesterday’s biryani heated it and served .. last 2 times everytime I ate , I had stomach pains. Not sure if they are even maintaining some cleanliness..And on top of it .. they made us wait for 20 minutes to serve this kind of food. The front end staff attitude is more frustrating as well.. I am never going to order at this place ever again ..

Don't order biryani during first hour of the day. They serve whatever is left from the previous day by heating in the oven. I received my order of Biryani with burnt rice at the bottom which is left over. Had a very bad experience

We ordered on December 30, 2023 - in desi bites (Iowa)paneer biryani - we made sure we asked to put less ghee/butter , inspite of saying they added lot of butter, it was greasy .. I am shocked by the audacity and arrogance of the cook .. careless attitude.. use some common sense ..desi
The currys was ok but don’t buy the nans they are stale and expensive not worth it thanks wastage of

I Ordered 'Desi bites Special Chicken boneless' Family pack on Oct30,2023. Seems food was prepared before day and packed with oven heated. It was not good and smell is worst. I will never order here again.
