Jimmy John's is my go-to place when I'm on the road and need to get back to driving. Service is freaky fast. Food is consistent throughout the chain. The Peppe sub is the best. Plus, they have cherry coke. The Jimmy John's potato chips are really crunchy, just the way I like them. Good job, Jimmy John's!!!

This is the worst jimmy johns location I've ever encountered. I've ordered delivery 2 times now. And the first time it took an hour and a half to be delivered less than 5 minutes away. The 2nd time took 1 hour and 20 minutes and it delivered 10 minutes after they said it was delivered. Will never go to this location

This is the best sub shop I’ve ever been to. Excellent service! Kind workers! Clean store! Just first rate!!
Waited 18 min to get a sandwich at 12:45pm?? Claiming short staffed and they have 6 employees working. And No sign of any leadership/management whatsoever!! Horrible service. One young girl was crying firstThe young man that took my order even charged me for a drink and I didn't order a drink. This place has to get it together!

I arrived at 6:00 pm on 8/30/23 to place my order. The store was clean. The young man that took my order never spoke a word. I ordered a Billy Club. Extra Mayo, add pickles and onions. My order was prepared quickly. There was virtually no Mayo. The staff was unpleasant. The sandwich was satisfactory other than lacking Mayo. For $9.62 I could have had a steak at Texas Roadhouse.

We had our order messed up in the drive-through then when we got home realized it wasn’t right again we called the lady answering and said she was the manager and then she said hold on and then the GM got on the phone. I have never had the worst customer service ever not only was she rude but when we asked for corporate number she told me to look for it online we had just left so it wasn’t hard to figure out who it was and she acted like we were lying over a $10 sandwich I will never go there again.
