The shrimp were waaay smaller then other LJS locations here in the metro. That was super disappointing.Service was good. Restaurant was clean. Hours are better for dine in than the east side. Just wouldn't go back to that location

I drove up and ordered an 8 piece ( 4 piece chicken and 4 piece fish. When I got my food it was $39.00 plus because I also ordered clams and shrimp. They said they were out of sweet tea so I ordered water. I didn't look at my food until I got on the interstate when my wife said let's eat. I live in Missouri and wasn't about to turn around if the order was wrong. Our food was all dried out like it had been under a heat lamp for hours. Not only that the size was about half the size of a previous order months ago. We couldn't eat it. We didn't starve because I was able to swing into Burger King and get some great hot food. Just wasn't prepared to spend 60 bucks on food on my way home. Will I ever patronize your place again. Probably not

The service was terrible. I went here with a friend. He and every person that came in after us got their food while I waited and waited. Finally went up to the counter to ask. The guy working the front walked right past me without acknowledging I was there. Took me saying something to get his attention even though I was standing right there. He went to check why my chicken plank meal was taking so long. The manager flippantly said "I'm training in the fryer and we just dropped chicken". Keep in mind it's been over 15 minutes since I ordered and she's just having the chicken dropped? There were approximately 8-10 other guests that had received their food. My friend was almost done with his meal. She didn't apologize, or even speak to me, just acted like it was an inconvenience. Again, terrible service.

Their chicken planks are the bomb. I could eat a dozen of those. I also love their root beer. It's a nice change of pace from the Coke and Pepsi you get everywhere else. Their French fries are below average. They tasted hours old. The cheese fries were worse. Stay away from those. After all was said and done, I had paid over $19 for my meal. I could have gone to a sit-down restaurant for less than that. My relatively high score is reflective of the things they do right (chicken, root beer, etc.), but the cons are enough to keep me from returning very often.

This location is honestly getting worse and worse. The last time I was here, they spent over 30 minutes on my food, multiple people after me getting their stuff first. Today, I got there a few minutes before opening on my lunch break. I stood by the door (along with 7 other people) and after 15 minutes they STILL hadn't opened (not including a few minutes while I waited to leave the parking lot), but were already taking and fulfilling drive thru orders. Absolutely ridiculous management and I wish it was handled better than this considering it's the only one nearby.

Every signal time I come to this location I sit in the drive true for over 20mins or longer. I don’t know if there short staff or if there going out of business but this is so sad and ridiculous. I live around the corner and I work from home so when I go on my lunch break I’m either late coming back or I’ll leave after wasting my whole 30 min break waiting in line. The owner has gots to do better than this
