After two separate 1-star experiences at Pizza Ranch locations in Waukee and Winterset, I gave up on what had previously been one of my favorite resturant chains. Years later and I found myself walking in the door at the Urbandale location with limited expectations. The staff was very friendly and accommodating!! Without prior notice, they were able to set our family up with a separate room for my sons birthday!! 9 adults and 8 children!! Thank you, management and staff of The Pizza Ranch, for your help, professionalism, and kindness!!!

We worked as a family for a company celebration event food was awesome service was great the only thing that was off is the tiny tiny rooms at all of us get to sit in we are all crunched into that one little room but other than that everything was great!!
