“Wonderful little bar. We stopped in for a spur of the moment drink before heading to another engagement, not knowing what to expect. Customers all along the bar, clean, music on at the right volume, and TV's throughout. The bar tender was very nice, and even came over to check to make sure I wasn't having trouble with the ATM. Another bar tender (maybe the owner?) came over to check on us as well, and we were also asked if we wanted the radio/speaker near us or the TV turned on, and we were shown the bags game that is free to play. A short stop for a quick drink, which turned into a delightful experience. We will definitely be back.“

“I ate at Golf Right when I was in Vinton visiting family, after I was told that they served the best pizza in town. It's not a well-advertised fact that Golf Right serves pizza, and it's easy to miss the fact that they serve anything but drinks. Too bad: a lot of Vintonians are missing out on some amazing pizza! I always thought Jolly's had the best pizza in Vinton, but Golf Right has surpassed them. The crust was delicious - crispy, but not too thin - and the cheese-sauce ratio was perfect. I know they serve other food, but the pizza is what you want.“

“Don't frequent it much since I now live in Vinton, but it's still a friendly & quaint little bar. When my girl's were younger, a lot younger I took them all down there to have their first 🍹 drink, Shirley Temples all around. That's one of their most cherished memories of the Hitchin Post & their life growing 🆙 in Garrison.“
