The curry sauce on both the Tonkatsu and the Tofu-katsu is incredible. Seeing some 1 star reviews due to slowness and agree that early on there were ticket time issues but I think they have largely worked thru this, try them again!
First of all, the food is INCREDIBLE! The variety of flavors and ingenuitive recipes gives everyone many options. We had a bowl and bao bun combo and everything exceeded expectations.The integrity of the owner/employees is what made me want to leave a review. We didn't notice that we were accidentally overcharged for our meal. The man who was cooking (not sure if he was a manager or owner), came over to us to let us know we were overcharged and that he could refund the overage....read full review

The Tofu Katsu was excellent. Tofu was crisped immaculately; flavor was on point. Vegan kimchi items were awesome too. Owner seems to take pride in his business and was a nice guy.Vegetarian options: Vegetarians can finally enjoy a delicious katsu.
