I was debating on whether or not to write a review that basically focuses on portion discrepancy, but after reading the other reviews, I felt compelled do write it.This location is terrible! I have eaten at 2 other locations and both the service and portion sizes are much better there than here.The person who got served after me, was a much younger, high school aged looking individual who must have known the kids working here. His portion was at least 50% larger than mine was. The servers were laughing at the size of his bowl as compared to mine. When my server went to add the black beans, it was clear that the container was basically empty. Instead of taking time to refill the container, he gave me the last 7 beans and moved on. The service here is average at best, the food was not all that good, and the portions are ridiculously small, unless you are a high school kid. I will not return!!Your response system of using a Bot to handle customer complaints is as pathetic as the service you provide in your store. Chipotle is a joke!Kid-friendliness: This is a kid environment. There were plenty of 13-15 year old kids just sitting around in there, and the staff is also very young.

I order in the chipotle app all the time. Frequently they get the order wrong. Today they didn’t give me my chips or a double protein salad. They don’t answer their phone so you are stuck using the chipotle app for help. The app doesn’t do much. It gives me a free entree and free chips for another order but I can’t use them together. It doesn’t credit me for extra protein that I paid for. So I lose twice. No dinner. No replacement. Can’t use the two coupons together on the next order so to be able to use the coupons I need to place two orders so chipotle wins again. They pocket my extra charges for protein then make me order multiple times to be made whole.This is a terrible service and there is no way to fix it. If there were other options around town I’d stop ordering from here.

Worst chipotle I've ever had. I'm a trucker and I've ordered all over the country through doordash. I've never been disappointed. This slop was just delivered to me at the peterbilt while getting my truck fixed. Brown guacamole and the rice was hard. The salsa tasted sour and the tortilla was stale.

This is my favorite Chipotle to go to in Boise. Over the last 7 months, I've come to this location almost every weekday for my lunch break. The staff are always incredibly kind, they know my order, and go out of their way to make it a personal experience. Even though there is an insane rush of high school kids that bombard them for an hour or more every day, the staff are still very kind and attentive even though you can tell they're incredibly stressed out. I'd like to shoutout my favorite burrito-slinging homies there, Angelo, Frank, Cynthia, Eeyin, Noah, Guillermo, Fiona, Ethan, Jasmine, and of course Steph :) Big ups to the former employees Izzy and Skyler who were also always amazing.I'll keep coming here as long as I'm in Boise. In fact I'll see y'all again in 30 minutes!

I went out of my way after a long day at work to get a yummy burrito. These burritos are expensive, but I figured id treat myself. As I started eating my burrito, I noticed something crunchy, it was my rice. ?it ruined the entire burrito. $10 waisted.
This is truly a terrible Chipotle location. Last night two of us got food poisoning from eating here - two others (who’d eaten all the same things as us all weekend) didn’t go here for dinner, and didn’t get sick. Food is not kept up to temp, the store is always disorganized/out of items. Steer clear!

Let's be real, this place is incomplete. The facility is incomplete, the supply chain is incomplete and the staffing is incomplete. It's a rushed idea that is marring the great image of East Boise. Everybody complains about it's shortcomings and that's a reflection of execution.
