This is my favorite Chipotle to go to in Boise. Over the last 7 months, I've come to this location almost every weekday for my lunch break. The staff are always incredibly kind, they know my order, and go out of their way to make it a personal experience. Even though there is an insane rush of high school kids that bombard them for an hour or more every day, the staff are still very kind and attentive even though you can tell they're incredibly stressed out. Let's be real, this place is incomplete. The facility is incomplete, the supply chain is incomplete and the staffing is incomplete. It's a rushed idea that is marring the great image of East Boise. Everybody complains about it's shortcomings and that's a reflection of execution.
