While I lived in Boise, I dined here numerous times. I only wish there was a Japanese restaurant here whose food is as good.

It could be 100 degrees outside and I'll still want a hot bowl of miso. Came for lunch today (Boise location). Got myself a side salad, miso and inari (tofu skin). The miso was such a good helping and it had extra nori on it today. It was so good! The side salad was a great portion and it had the creamy salad dressing in it. I have yet to find a Japanese restaurant that had a similar sesame dressing like my family's recipe. Let me tell you, it's pretty damnnnn close! It was so good! It brought back so many memories eating that salad! The inari was tasty and the sushi chef was kind and gave me a little sample of smoked ika (squid) over seaweed salad. It was wonderful. The server was nice and on point! It was a great lunch with fantastic food and great service!

Had been ill for several days (digestive problems) and just left the ER (nothing serious, just need to Wait for it to clear up). I was really hungry and we went here and I got their tonkatsu ramen. Absolutely delicious, and just the kind of thing I wanted after being sick and not eating much. I wasn't as hungry as I thought and only finished about a third. The waitress was super helpful, taking my bowl back to the kitchen to put in waterproof containers, then coming back out and assembling our to go bag. She carefully put the other leftovers (in a typical Styrofoam container) at the bottom of a bag, put a sheet of cardboard over it, put my ramen container on that flat surface, then stapled the bag so it shut tight on the containers and gave them no room to slip or spill. Attentive, careful, and helpful. We tipped her well. And the food was still delicious as I reheated it over the next day or two. Fuji's can be a bit expensive, but you do get what you pay for. High quality Japanese food.

Fujiyama is one of my go-tos in Boise. I order delivery from them 2-3 times per week and it’s just so good. Everything is always on point down to simple dishes like chicken lettuce wraps. They could also give a masterclass to other restaurants in how to pack to-go/delivery food including liquids. Love this place.

What a delightful restaurant! The food is wonderful with good service and lovely staff and it does not cost an arm and a leg to have wonderful food. One of my new go-to places.

Ordered a Godzilla roll and a spider roll through Ubereats. We even paid more for a quicker service. Our spider roll was missing the tobiko and eel sauce. The Godzilla roll was trash and tasted like tuna fish. Refer to picture of what we ordered vs what we got. We called to complain and were told they cannot do anything for us. The woman on the phone laughed at me and told her worker that we were complaining over not having eel sauce . Trash and rude!

Not too busy on a Wednesday night — food was very good and service was excellent. The spicy tuna roll was superb. We will be back.

Average food, service, reasonably priced lunch specials, the Bento box is reasonablypriced. I would not recommend Sunday or times without the specials as I believe those are overpriced. A bowl of Ramen had some noodles, 1 smalk broccoli flower, a boiled egg, and 4 small slices of chicken for almost $18.00. Price seems too high considering the ingredients couldn't have cost much more than 20% of the price.
