This is a down to earth place where you can meet real people and have real conversations without it being a hunting ground. Come as you are without worrying about what you’re wearing. Within reason. Lol.
Decent dive bar vibes, pretty clean for a dive bar too. Staff were yelling at each other at one point which stressed me out, but otherwise good times. We didn't have any food, just a couple drinks.

I go to Sam's for the karaoke. This is definitely not a country bar, but I can sing country songs from the 90s, 80s and 70s and still get an applause, so I would say country music is accepted. Staff members are very good, kind and polite. I only had an order of fries to eat, thus not comments on the food.
