I have eaten here for years but last evening I got got 2 hard shell taco supreme in which there wasn’t much in it but maybe a tablespoon of meat which I couldn’t even taste with more sour cream than meat. It was what I would call a disgrace it call it a taco at all. Very disappointing!! I had a couple of just hard shell taco a couple of days ago that was much better and cost less. Want to support their commitment to helping Boise State athletes but because of that they sure need to do better with the food portions.

It’s Taco Bell and I fully admit that I am a fanboy. Enjoy being there and love their food. I do NOT like their decision to remove ordering at the register. That is a no star option. Honestly if I didn’t love the food so much that would keep me from ever going back. Stopped going to our McDonalds because they constantly would suggest I use their self ordering system.
No wonder they are not busy.I was charged $7.04 for small chips and extra cheese .The lady suggested I get the Belgrade nachos and she will give me xtra cheese .Once I got to the window, the portion was unreal and I took a picture.The manager was called over and I asked her is I can get more cheeseRight away she said “I put 4 pumps , you want more you have to pay”I was shocked definitely this is Not 4 pumps of cheese.

Went to pick up an online order at 530pm on a Thursday. It took 20 total minutes to get my food. I don't know if this is a staffing issue or just an off day, but this is not the experience I was hoping for for mid week "quick food" pickup.

Everyone is usually so nice. But the last 4 times I've gone, the food we've received have been unacceptable. We go with months in between so it's likely not the same staff. I get a crunchwrap supreme with potatoes instead of meat. Last time I got it, there was one potato. In the whole thing. My partner got a regular crunch wrap supreme and there was no meat. He got 4 doritos locos tacos and if we hadn't ordered supreme, there would have been virtually nothing in it, and the tomatoes were past their prime. This location off Cole needs new management and possibly new staff. It's been insufficient since the beginning of COVID

Tried ordering on Uber Eats, and the status sat in "Wrapping Up" for over an hour. It took so long that Uber let me cancel for free - which is a long time.
