It’s Taco Bell and I fully admit that I am a fanboy. Enjoy being there and love their food. I do NOT like their decision to remove ordering at the register. That is a no star option. Honestly if I didn’t love the food so much that would keep me from ever going back. Stopped going to our McDonalds because they constantly would suggest I use their self ordering system.
Went to pick up an online order at 530pm on a Thursday. It took 20 total minutes to get my food. I don't know if this is a staffing issue or just an off day, but this is not the experience I was hoping for for mid week "quick food" pickup.

I have eaten here for years but last evening I got got 2 hard shell taco supreme in which there wasn’t much in it but maybe a tablespoon of meat which I couldn’t even taste with more sour cream than meat.
