Great lobby bar to hang out in before the Steelheads hockey games. We can even get served from the full menu while enjoying a beverage of wine or spirits.

My experience at the Grove Hotel was decent, but there were some downsides here. I was shocked that the rooms did not have a microwave. There was also very loud maintenance on one of the 3 elevators, which was very annoying and it prevented the elevators from working in a timely manner. The room next to mine was also cleaned very loudly around 9pm which I was surprised about. The room was clean though and the amenities such as the restaurant and bar were nice.

This was my first-time visiting Boise, and your hotel. It was a great experience. The restaurant and gym were exceptional. Your front desk staff and maid service staff were very friendly and helpful. I appreciated the shuttle to and from the airport.Walkability: Close to everything downtown

Great place to stay but the parking sucks. The parking is limited open to public and most of the parking spots are either for valet parking which cost more or the care privet spots not good.

Honestly, your place needs a renovation and does not impress all the way around. I've traveled across the country to multiple hotels. East coast Comfort Inn and even a Super 8 were much better equipped. I think you should have a mini bar and several other simple amenities. Especially you being listed as a four star hotel.

Someone stole my earrings. Spent New Year's Eve there. We checked out in the morning and left. Within 45 minutes I realized that I left my earrings on the sink. I called, and the front desk couldn't be bothered to send someone to check. She said that the front desk has nothing to do with forgotten items. I was transferred to a voice-mail. I left a message. I called the next day, and the day after, leaving messages . I was eventually called back and told that forgotten items were turned in to the front desk and no earrings were turned in. So, a maid or someone at the front desk has a nice pair of gold and diamond earrings

Tub was covered in hair. I asked for a maid to come clean it since there were no other rooms and she brought a lint roller. Bed didn’t have sheets. Breakfast was excellent, but I paid $30 for avocado toast and

The parking situation is absolutely garbage for employees. They require employees at this location to pay 180 USD monthly to park at a place that they work at. They absolutely refuse to do anything about it and fire the employees that complain.

The room was clean and had a beatuifull view of downtown Boise. Two of the three elevators were broke, so wait times were longer. I wished that the room included breakfast, especially since they have a restaurant on the premises.Rooms: The rooms were clean and they were refreshed every day. Our room had a great view of DiwntownNearby activities: Conveniently located near many restaurants, bars, museums, and symphony halls. On the premises is a hockey teams stadium.Walkability: The Grove is located downtown Boise within walking distance of everything.Food & drinks: There is a full service restaurant, bar and espresso kiosk.Noteworthy details: There are paintings of local artists throughout the Grove. The second floor has an art gallery throughout the hallways.

This review will be both positives and negatives. First the positives - The staff at The Grove Hotel were exceptional, friendly and very professional during our entire stay. They did an excellent job! The room was spacious, well-appointed, clean, and very comfortable. As for the negatives, the excessive noise from the hockey game was annoying, disturbed our quiet and was very disappointing. Why was there no information that an event of this type could be an issue? The next disappointment was the lack of elevators properly functioning and we needed to access our room on the 8th floor via the stairs. Lastly, we prepaid for reserved parking in the underground garage only to be turned away on Saturday evening due to the spots being sold to hockey fans. Is this common practice to accept money for reserved parking only to deny this service to paid customers? This was the first and last time we will stay at The Grove Hotel and we will recommend other nearby accommodations to my business clients who frequent Boise. This is a poorly managed hotel.Respectfully,Mark J.Nearby activities: Close to downtownWalkability: Easy access to most attractions.
