“We have now been several times and it’s always a real honest to goodness top notch treat. We look so forward and savor every bit of it. The food is authentic, so know you won’t get Tex mex enchilada combo plates. The service is the best in town. Every member of our party, each time has received special treatment. We could go elsewhere and spend the same amount of money, get a tough steak, and snarky waitstaff, without a doubt. But we love this place and will keep coming back!”

We started asking questions and he told us his story and vision for the restaurant and how it came to be. You can tell that everybody there cares about your experience and just goes above and beyond. “We tried to have dinner here a few months ago, but it was pretty packed and there were no free tables so we left. Finally made it in tonight (much earlier) and boy we were glad we did! The food was phenomenal. I tried the Bavarian chicken sandwich and it was flavorful and delicious. Hubby had the bratwurst. He enjoyed it with a lite beer. I tried the prickly pear cider…yum! Hubby ordered a side salad with his, but they sent out fries instead. When we pointed out the error, server was apologetic and made sure he got his salad quickly. Fries were very tasty…well seasoned and thick cut, probably could have used another minute or two in the fryer but they pared well with house fry sauce. Staff were friendly and attentive. This is a must try destination in Caldwell. Can’t wait to go back!”

“Fantastic Winery. Best wine I've EVER had in Idaho. The port style desert wine blew me away, the Sangiovese was literally amazing, best new world I've ever had. The service was also spectacular with 2 great wine hosts who walked us through everything. All in all this will be the Winery I'll be coming back to every time I visit Idaho.”

“This place shares a building with an ice cream store or something. The service here is very friendly and has that at home hospitality. The food was delicious, the micheladas were very flavorful but you barely could taste the beer. The ceviche was perfect, the tacos were superb. I could see myself coming back here next week!”

Chair at high table a bit uncomfortable for a senior 5' tall.I do highly recommend this restaurant! Next time I'll request a low table. ?
