The quality in pizza over the last few months during the night shift has gone down dramatically. I have ordered during lunch time and it’s exactly how it should be fluffy crust and delicious melted cheese but the night crew either need training or new people because this is the 4th time I’ve ordered for dinner and it’s hard, no flavor the crust is almost non existent and I didn’t order thin crust. I hope management can take this review and work on it with your team.

This location is outstanding but this review is specifically for Oliver. This man made the impossible, possible! In a world where customer service is below par, this man (Oliver) stood above the rest. Not only was he energetic and a comedian, he resolved my the issue of delivery service during a snow storm. This man flat out told me, “YOU WILL GET YOIR PIZZA” regardless of the current conditions. Aside from the current issue, he was understanding and highly generous when it came to customer service. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I know I don’t get a vote, but if I did, I’d give him a promotion and a raise! Thanks Papa John’s for always choosing the right people for the job/task at hand. Better ingredients, better service, Papa John’s!

Tried to buy a side of cheese and ask them to put it on a side of garlic knots. Employee couldn't comprehend what i was asking for. If i want to pay for the cheese, i see no reason why they can't throw it on a product already going through an oven. You had garlic cheddar knots for a time and i loved them now i cant even pay the 2$ for extra cheese and get them.

I can understand when it's a busy Friday night, but be honest about what actually happened to my order. I realized my phone wasn't working and had my daughter call 15 minutes after the order was to arrive. The girl who answered asked what name, then said at this address? YES we said, and were told the order was going out now with a driver. 40 minutes later we called again and were told they didn't have our address and it was our fault for not answering a non working phone. We could come get the 90 minutes sitting under a lamp food for 50% off. Really? It was cold and almost inedible. This was dishonest dealing. Been a customer of this Pappa Johns for years, they have me in their system. At least be honest with me, that's what made me decide I will never order here again.

Normally we have no issues. Tonight it took over 40 minutes from the time we received the “your order is on its way” text before our food was delivered barely warm to us 40 minutes later. We live 8 minutes from Papa Johns in Caldwell. Busy or not, pizza should not be barely warm when delivered and bread sticks mostly cold nor should the toppings and sauce be smeared inside the top and edge of the boxes. We will definitely think twice before doing delivery again if this is how they’re doing business now. Super disappointed. The offer to remake and send a new delivery out is laughable considering how long it took in the first place. Chances are it’d take another hour and a half and be cold again. So here we are microwaving our just delivered pizza and breadsticks. Thanks Papa Johns staff for the cold pizza.

Always timely delivery, and if they run late, I typically get a coupon in the mail. Delivery drivers are always nice.
I was required to select a star. This location does not deserve any stars. When I ordered our food it said it was 40-50 mins before it would be delivered. An hour later, we got a text saying it was delayed and they would let us know when it’s on its way. I called the location after 1.5 hrs and they said that all of their orders are delayed 60 mins even though I ordered before that. When the food was finally delivered, it was very cold, indicating that the order was not delayed but forgotten about after it was made. The food was disgusting and hardly cut at all. We had to rip it apart. I don’t know if they have new people working there that do not know how to do their job or what. This is so disappointing. I wasted my money because we can’t even finish the food because it is so cold and gross.

We’ve been coming here almost weekly for past four years and never really had any issues.In the last six months or so, my order has been screwed up about 1 out of every 3 visits. I have now cumulatively spent hours waiting for pizzas to be remade.If it wasn’t for my kids loving the stuffed crust I would have given up on this place awhile ago.
