While dining at Pizza Hut, we experienced excellent service from the entire staff. The food came out relatively quick but wasn't up to par when compared to other places near Pizza Hut. The atmosphere was alright as the restaurant was mostly empty since it was a little later at night, but it was good overall.Parking: There were plenty of parking spots behind the Pizza hut so you wouldn't have to walk far after parking to enter.

We ordered in and our pizza came with no sauce scattered toppings and no cheese. We waited two hours for our meal and we were hungry. I called the weekend manager and complained she said if we sent it back we could get another one till she found out door dash delivered it. Then said it wasn’t her problem and hung up on me. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

Ordered a couple pizzas and cheese sticks for delivery. Waited over an hour and a half and called for them to just tell me it’s running late. Still didn’t hear anything so tried calling again and no answer. Pizza never arrived so tried calling to just cancel the order. Still haven’t heard if we get a refund or not. Not even an apology.

If you're in a hurry, and you order online to make it quicker, don't worry, they'll make you wait even longer, let everyone paying separate go in front of you and try to make you pay twice..THE WORST experience.
We have had 2 very different experiences at this Pizza Hut. We dined in with our grandchildren on New Years Eve. Our server was amazing even though she was running to take care of everyone. Our pizzas were delicious.We ordered pizza for pickup a week ago. The pizza was no comparison to the one we received when dining in. The stuffed crust was skimpy on cheese, the top of the pizza lacked sauce, veggies and cheese on about 1/3 of it. What happened!? We will give them 1 more chance to get it right like our 1st time.

This Pizza Hut in Caldwell, Idaho is the one and only one we use. Anna, Sky and Barbara have served us great food which keeps us coming back for more.
