This food was phenomenal!!! Such authentic flavors and unlike anything else that people are serving in our region. The chicharron plate was magical, especially finishing it off with platanos maduros! So good. I will be back!
Simply wonderful Peruvian food truck located at the food truck court on Best Ave. Lomo Saltado has got to be one of my very favorite meals. I'm not sure there's anything better than rice, meat, fresh onions/tomatoes and fries! Next time I go planning on doubling meat and rice. Thank you wonderful ladies of Pachamama!

The food is absolutely delicious. I have tried ceviche, lomo saltado, empanadas, anticucho, arroz chaufa. The food is fresh and the menu is seasonal. Nella is the best host, great service every time I go. highly recommended.
