The food is absolutely delicious. I have tried ceviche, lomo saltado, empanadas, anticucho, arroz chaufa. The food is fresh and the menu is seasonal. Nella is the best host, great service every time I go. highly recommended.
This food was phenomenal!!! Such authentic flavors and unlike anything else that people are serving in our region. The chicharron plate was magical, especially finishing it off with platanos maduros! So good. I will be back!

Simply wonderful Peruvian food truck located at the food truck court on Best Ave. Lomo Saltado has got to be one of my very favorite meals. I'm not sure there's anything better than rice, meat, fresh onions/tomatoes and fries! Next time I go planning on doubling meat and rice. Thank you wonderful ladies of Pachamama!

Authentic and delicious Peruvian food dishes (Peruvian-approved). I had Lomo Saltado and Chicharrón with Chicha Morada. Everything tasted amazing. Looking forward to going back soon to try Ceviche, Chaufa, Empanadas, and all the other awesome Peruvian food options they have.I absolutely recommend them and if you've never had Peruvian food before, you are in for a treat!

Maria and her food is amazing. No one else makes this style of Peruvian Latin food in CDA or Spokane. It is flavorful, esthetically pleasing and worth the drive. Try the ceviche on Fridays, you will be so happy you did.

My daughter was treating me to sushi rolls at Raw Dead Fish and I saw the Pachamama Peruvian truck right next door. The menu looked so interesting- I decided to try the Peruvian Fried Rice w/Pork Belly. Very glad I did! Great change from the run of the mill local Pub fare. I asked for Medium spicy which was plenty for me. Generous serving with lots of pork belly chunks! Will return to try more.
