Just ordered through the drive through. I had 8 pieces of chicken in my bowl. My rice was hard and under cooked. My husbands chow mein was dry and cold. We spent $35, expensive lunch. For undercooked and small portion of food. Panda Express used to be good. Lately it’s been a disappointment.

Went through the drive though and it was much quicker than usual tonight. Friendly staff. Got home with our orange chicken bowls only to take a bite and the whit rice was waaaay undercooked and not edible. $30 for 3 meals where three quarters of it wasn't edible sucks. Definitely a rip off.

I happen to love Panda. Good food always, good service more often than not. Actually , never had bad service but the other day, we got to the window and asked to add a apple pie roll and the girl said no. She said she couldn't add it to the order, which I don't understand why , we hadn't paid yet and no one was behind us. We had already sat in line for 30 minutes or more . She wouldn't let us get it on a separate ticket either. She said it was against the rules . Umm ok.... I've ordered at the window more than once, so I don't know why it was a problem that day.Any how, still great food and service and definitely will go again and would recommend
