I happen to love Panda. Good food always, good service more often than not. Actually , never had bad service but the other day, we got to the window and asked to add a apple pie roll and the girl said no. She said she couldn't add it to the order, which I don't understand why , we hadn't paid yet and no one was behind us. We had already sat in line for 30 minutes or more . Rice should not be crunchy/undercooked in the center! Makes for a very disappointing meal to have undercooked rice. “Wash” the rice before cooking, cook it long enough, and then fluff the rice when it’s done.

I cannot understand how the overall rating of this establishment isn't higher! I'm there at least once a month. It's so good considering it's fast food. It's always fresh with great portions. Lots of variety. Staff us so friendly and and constantly moving. I have only been there once when there was dirty tables and it was understandable because they were packed. The bathroom is always clean and that's super rare in fast-food. Definitely recommend
