Starbucks at Fred Meyer's on Kathleen Street in Coeur d'Alene was our first visit to get hot chocolate there. Worst hot chocolate we have ever had! We've had hot chocolate around town at other Starbucks and it was very chocolatey and really good but at the Fred Meyer's Starbucks you couldn't even taste the chocolate as if they forgot it… It was barely noticeable, just awful! Barista Forrest was super unprofessional and aggressive. Ordered a cafe vanilla frap and specified not the vanilla bean. Ended up making a vanilla bean which wasn’t a big deal and told him it was suppose to be a cafe vanilla. He got very frustrated and asked me how to make the cafe vanilla. Then literally threw the drink in the sink and started slamming things around afterwards.

The staff were friendly and pleasant but something seems to be wrong with the ordering system. I ordered in the mobile app then did some shopping in Fred Meyer. At least ten minutes had passed when I went to go get my order.
