We've seen this place lots of times and finally went into eat. Food was delicious, staff was friendly, the beers flowed like wine and the facility was awesome. Will definitely come by here again especially for the outdoor games / area for kids to exit parents' hair for a bit...

They charge 4% to use a credit card and do not inform customers of this until handing over the bill. This is a pet peeve of mine. Yes, I understand that they are trying to cover the fees(4% is more than the credit cards charge), but why is it not posted anywhere? This practice is extremely irritating, and I left with a bad feeling about the place

Our experience was terrible. The staff let a another table take our reservation. Then another 2 hours for our food that was mediocre at best. We were really looking forward to having family time but it became a very stressful dinner. We sat down at 6:30 got dinner at 8:30 the poor waiter was so overwhelmed he couldn't keep table's straight . I wish I had better things to say. I wish them all the best and hope to give them another try .
I was ridiculously unimpressed. I made a reservation days in advance for a surprise birthday dinner with my family. Upon arrival we were told there was no other reservations, and that they had already all been sat. Then we were told they couldn't seat another large party. After speaking to a few different staff members they were able to seat us. Well, come to find out someone had stolen our reservation. They never asked that party what their name was or for what time it was made for. So, instead they scrounged a table together for us and we got to wait and watch that table eat and finish before we even received our food or birthday mans beer. Our reservation was for 6:45, most arrived at 6:30. We left right after getting our checks after 9.00. Most of our food was cold by the time we got it. The server was clearly avoiding our table because of the high ticket time and it showed. "Oh Its okay, I know it's not my fault, we probably feel worse than you guys do",he said. I doubt that because all he had to do and did was add the auto gratuity, drop the checks, and walk away. I'm pretty sure we all feel worse than any of you, we are the ones that paid for the worst service we've ever had.

Awful… I won’t be coming back, the service was terrible, they gave away our reservation to another party and didn’t verify the name. It took over an hour and a half to get our food. They ran out of cheese and didn’t tell us until our food was on our table. Even after all of that they put an auto gratuity on.

I was super excited to come visit this place for the first time. We got seated and waited for someone to greet us for at least 10 minutes. We only ordered two beers and an appetizer. By the time we received our beers we had been waiting for at least half an hour. There were other tables that came in well after us who had already been served their drinks and even food. When we finally received our food and beer, it was mediocre at best. It was a very disappointing experience. I understand being busy but this was not the case as our server not only took forever to bring our food but also took her time bringing the check. I glanced over several times after requesting the check to see her eating, chatting with other servers and looking at her phone. Needless to say, I will never be visiting this establishment in the future.

The mac and cheese was yummy but maybe could use a little more flavor, and the wings were good and something new. Overall, they weren't too heavy. Would go back with a friend if they wanted a quick bite in the area.
