“I cannot say enough wonderful things about this restaurant! This is the first restaurant we’ve been in since Covid where I’ve actually had a wonderful experience. The staff was amazing & one of my favorite things was that there was no overly loud music! You could actually sit & have a conversation without yelling across a table. Now the food….it was delicious! As someone who is gluten free I can’t remember the last time I had so many options. They even had a fresh bread which was incredible! Everything we ate was perfectly seasoned & so good. You have to try the seafood chowder! You could tell the food was made with great care, thought & love & my husband and I are so excited to find our new favorite restaurant!Dietary restrictions: Absolutely amazing for gluten free options!!“
“We have been to Vintage 62 several times. The owner Lila is an absolute gem of a person! The absolute best hospitality but also always allows us to enjoy each part of the meal and or wine. Always excellent recommendations from she and a couple of her bartenders that have helped us previously. The French onion soup is the absolute bomb! Highly recommend for an enjoyable cozy evening experience.“
“Lots of beer and cider choices. Friendly service. Not super loud. In fact, the second side can feel quite comfortable and intimate. Not date intimate, but good for some friends gathered around the table. Especially nice in the spring/fall when one can sit outside.“
“Lunch date with my gf, we like healthy options, i like anything with meat on it. We asked to sit outside since it was nice out, got a nice seat outside but waited maybe 15 or 20min before we even got water. Music was competing with the busic from the bar a few doors down. Other than those things, music wasn't too loud, lots of mixed options in food from vegan to loaded with cheese. Gf got the chicken shwarma, DELICIOUS! definitely recommend! I got the tri tip dip, flavor was good, meat was great, I'm not much of a horseradish person but the dip was housemade and i liked it. The have drinks for any time of day, cute interior with lots to look at but not overwhelming. Also great spot to chill and play a board game with food and drinks.“
“The Modern Hotel is a true Boise spot, with one of the better, more unique, more high-end and innovative food and drink offerings, and also a great spot for events. With an indoor dining area, as well as an outdoor dining area with firepits, and where some musical and performance events are held, it is a cheerful spot, tucked away in downtown Boise, that you might not find out about for a few trips in.Absolutely worth a spot: Always check in on the drink specials, and soak up the great design, presentation, and friendly staff.“
“Wow! Amazing food, friendly and helpful staff. The mac and cheese was to die for! The owners and staff make you feel so welcome. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. Will definitely be recommending The Local to my friends and family. 10 out of 10!“
“Amazing place for bikes and debauchery. Weird and exotic beers on tap and in bottles/cans. The bartender is awesome and the regulars are full of information! The vibe of the place is your cabin-like feeling but on steroids. Check this place out.“
“Love this place. After a long day to able to enjoy a fresh cigar from their well stocked humidor and a nice glass of wine from a large selection of wines is really special. Owner is usually there and welcoming. The place is so clean and the air is kept fresh somehow with indoor cigar enjoyment. My favorite place in Boise.“
“James (owner) and Tim (chef) provide a magnificent evening of food and wine. Tim made fried chicken that was delicious beyond any fried chicken I have eaten. The wine is superb. James is always a delight and provides fun and wonderful service. The other servers are helpful, fun, and very attentive.“
“We stumbled across this place by accident. What an amazing find. The food was incredibly good. I had 1/2 the Italian salad and the lasagna soup, my friend had flat bread and the lasagna soup. Now folks, that is a serious bowl of soup. For those that don't like soup, you've never had anything like this. I can't describe the location well enough, but it's so cool that you have to go see it. Now parking is interesting. They don't actually have a parking lot, but we figured it out so it's doable. Will definitely be going back in the near future.“
“The staff at Maddie's provided a phenomenal experience for a large party, 180+ attendees. They made there planning process simple, took excellent care of everyone, and the food and drinks were fantastic. I highly recommend Maddie's!!“
“After having a disappointing meal at Kona, we came to Bodovino to get some more food. I love this place - our daughter was able to play in the playground as we sat outside and drank a beer. Also, with Christmas around the corner, we were able to see some epic wipeouts on the ice skating rink. While Bodovino is known for wine, I'm not a wine drinker. I had a local double IPA and my wife had the mulled wine drink - both were awesome. The food menu was great. My daughter loved her butter noodles and the pasta we split was good as well. The service was also great. We will be back for sure!“
“This place is a gem of a find. Had wine and meat/cheese board. Beautiful presentation and great wine. Great selection of localish and international wines. Vibe was relaxing with a nice fire. Servers were friendly and gave us space. They were out of a few things but are in transition and offered other options including gluten free bread. Overall, great place and we'll be back.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options“
