The Ruby Red Trout with Red Pepper butter is so good. please never remove form the menu I tried to ply the recipe out of Stephanie our server, but she help her ground. lol The wife enjoyed the Faralle with Beef. dessert was the Ghirardelli Mud Pie. Great job with finding sweet fresh Strawberries this time of year. Service wss superb. Our Server Stephanie is on top of her game. The banter was enjoyable. . Prices were good. We were thinking dinner was gonna set us back a couple of hundred dollors. Not even close. looking forward to Spring when its warmer. We want to enjoy the patio dining.”

I'm trying not to be too harsh because this is in no way shape or form what I want from these dishes, it seems like they executed what they wanted extremely well. Meat is very tender well cooked, just really lacking seasoning or any sort of authenticity that I'm familiar with.

Again presentation was great, service was great, the restaurant was very clean. There's absolutely nothing really wrong with this place, as long as you're looking for Midwest mom Mexican food. In that regard they have done an excellent job.

There are other Mexican spots in town that are more to my liking, so this establishment probably has a solid foothold on an exact style of food.

I will say they are generous with the fresh garlic in the fresh salsas, which I do generally like a heavy punch a garlic.
