Amazing pies from this new bakery in Idaho Falls. I’m not local from Idaho Falls but I would say their pies are AMAZING. Apple pie is really high quality home-made. Definitely real apples and not canned apples. Amazing crust (bottom portion of crust is blind-baked properly so it’s not soggy. Pumpkin pie filling is amazing - mild flavor and not heavy. Bottom crust can be blind-baked a little longer. Nevertheless we will continue to frequent this bakery. Very highly recommended!
Very excited that this in in Idaho Falls! We have been waiting and hoping for a place like this for years! The croissants were delicious! I got a chocolate one and it was flakey, buttery, chocolatey and very well made. My wife got a fig, goat cheese croissant that was drizzled in honey. Very rich and delicious We also got a sour dough loaf and we were very happy with that and will be buying one for thanksgiving.We cannot wait to try all they have to offer!
