I called Dave, the owner, for a price quote for a large order for a Pi Day event out at the INL. Dave worked with our budget and came up with several delicious solutions. Amazing pies from this new bakery in Idaho Falls. I’m not local from Idaho Falls but I would say their pies are AMAZING. Apple pie is really high quality home-made. Definitely real apples and not canned apples. Amazing crust (bottom portion of crust is blind-baked properly so it’s not soggy. Pumpkin pie filling is amazing - mild flavor and not heavy. Bottom crust can be blind-baked a little longer. Nevertheless we will continue to frequent this bakery. Very highly recommended!

Very excited that this in in Idaho Falls! We have been waiting and hoping for a place like this for years! The croissants were delicious! I got a chocolate one and it was flakey, buttery, chocolatey and very well made. My wife got a fig, goat cheese croissant that was drizzled in honey. Very rich and delicious We also got a sour dough loaf and we were very happy with that and will be buying one for thanksgiving.We cannot wait to try all they have to offer!

This place really captures the essence of a small town bakery, but with the quality of a big city bakery! The interior is cozy and well-decorated, but most of all it looked very clean.Absolutely every pastry in the case looked spectacular, and all the ones I tried were well worth the price they charged. If you're looking for lovely viennoiserie in Idaho Falls then look no further!The gal at the register said they make everything from scratch, and I totally believe it! Everything tasted so good, and the danish had actual raspberry jam in it, not the pre-packaged nonsense that you'll find everywhere else in town.No other bakery in town holds a candle to the quality of this place, so I'll definitely be coming back. Possibly on a daily basis if I can't restrain myself.

Incredible pastries and baked goods. I've never had such a flakey and crispy bear claw!Chocolate croissant was also top notch, rivaling any of my famous hometown SF spots like Tartine, etc.Highly recommend this spot for a baked bite of deliciousness.

Tried this awesome bakery today.We got the:Goat cheese and fig danish: excellent flavor, not too sweet. Great breakfast Danish.Bear claw: filled with fresh made almond paste.Absolutely scrumptious.Very flakey and flavorful. Loved the selections.

Pastry’s done right! These were perfectly flaky and not overly sweet! You could really taste the ingredients! Super fresh and home made items that were amazing! I got the goat cheese danish! The goat cheese was paired perfectly with the sweet drizzle and crumbled pistachio! Perfetto!

VERY friendly, courtesy helpful staff in this bakery. Food is AWESOME there. Olive bread & chocolate chip cookies are scrumptious. Coffee is hot & fresh. I WHOLEHEARTEDLY recommend this great bakery. Without question, it's head & shoulders the best in the Idsho Falls/Ammon area

Don't tell anyone, but Elevate Bake Shop makes the best sour dough bread and kouign amann rolls around! Kouign amanns are rolls that are similar to croissants, but have a touch of sweet to the top. They are the best! Today we had some tea and coffee with our treats! They have colored pencils, water colors, brushes and water at each table so you can release your creative side!
