Never imagined famous Dave's would serve raw chicken. I ordered a feast for 2. The order was an hour late, food was cold, the ribs were missing, chicken was raw and bleeding, no napkins with the order. A bit flustered I contacted the location and explained the situation. Shortly later a manager called back and assured me I would be fully refunded for my order. It's been over a week and I have not received a refund. Will not be ordering from famous Dave's again unfortunately

Cold, spongey, chicken nuggets are not bone in wings lol. No napkins, no silverware, no sauce. Again- all food is below serving temp. The soggy un-toasted bread was a nice touch too? ?

Like many people, I am a big fan of good BBQ and to be honest, this was not the place for me. Ordered the ribs & wings and they were as average quality of meat as you could get. The ribs had a good flavor of sauce but the meat was not tender at all. Just dried to the bone. The wings were extremely disappointing. Sauce was only again, meat was dry, and it tasted no different than frozen store bought wings that you could get at any grocery store. The service was friendly. I will say that their cornbread cupcakes were delicious. More of a cake than anything else. Their salads are very simple, nothing special. And their fries were actually really great. Overall, the meal was extremely disappointing for the price. The portions were large which is always a plus but when the food is basic quality, sometimes you do not want a lot of that. I would not recommend this if your a big time BBQ fan. Maybe other things on their menu are better, I would stay away from the ribs & wings.

Would not recommend this Famous Dave’s to go. Food was cold had to wait 40 minutes and no bar b que sauce. We had to go to store to purchase sauce because we were traveling.

So when I ordered my lunch, I really wasn’t interested in raw chicken. We came in this afternoon, placed our order and were told it would be a 30-45 minute wait for country roasted chicken. We agreed and waited. Getting the chicken home, it turns out it was raw inside! So raw, in fact, it was still bleeding. We had to put it in the oven and cook it again.The rest of the food we ordered was good, even though we were missing a cornbread muffin, so three stars still. However, you really need to be more careful how you cook the chicken. As it says on the menu of most places, consuming raw or undercooked poultry can be a source of food borne illness. You guys are usually better.
