We just moved to town from out of state. No doubt, a long and tiring process from start to finish. We were hungry for something other than your typical fast food, but didn't know what was good, so of course I turned to Yelp, and found Happy Chinese Express. I was a little nervous because they only have 3 stars however, I decided to give it a go anyway. What's the worst that could happen, right? I did a phone order for pick up. The gal on the phone was easy to understand and had no issues taking my order. They were super prompt, and food was ready extremely quick. In fact, they called me to let me know my food was ready before I had even left my house!! The food was fine. The temperature was good, portions were decent, and as far as quality goes, it was your typical Chinese food. Nothing spectacular, but totally edible. I'd probably eat here again from time to time, but it's probably not something I'd put in the frequent rotation. Items ordered were lemon chicken, mandarin chicken, sweet and sour chicken, garlic chicken, white rice, fried rice, and their "loo mein".

We ate here today for the first time and never again! I ordered mandarin chicken and lo mein , I was given general chicken and lo mein. When I went back for them to fix the order, I explained my kiddo only can eat mandarin chicken because she’s sensitive to any amount of spice. He proceeded to tell me the general chicken wasn’t hot and if she thinks that, I should wash it with water and bake it for her. I explained I shouldn’t have to do that when I ordered mandarin chicken and he proceeded to tell me that if he had to replace my order, he would have to pay for it because it was his mistake. I am extremely disappointed with this whole experience and will never be going back there.

So delicious, so affordable, and the food comes out so fast. You couldn't ask for more. All of their dim sum is delicious as well. It's a little greasy because it's deep fried and comes out fresh, but that's about it. No complaints.

For this one the stars are for price versus portion. The food is as good and even a little better than most of what Panda has to offer. portions are much larger and cheaper. Service was mediocre.

Girl at the drive thru was nice, but the food was awful. Took a few bites and threw it away. Fried shrimp tasted old like when u put it in the fridge and microwave it the next day. Lo mein noodles mediocre. Broccoli beef was what made me question ever eating Chinese food again....how can you make broccoli beef taste like spoiled fish?!? ??? very disappointed...

This was an absolute disappointment. The mandarin chicken was a cut up flavorless chicken patty the sesame chicken was dry and not spicy at all will not be going back. Very disappointed
