Placed the order at 12:27 in the app. As of 1:15, it's still not ready. It's just two sandwiches. This is insane. It's been getting worse every order, but this is a new low.Update: finally got the food at 1:20. It had apparently been sitting somewhere for who knows how long even though we asked about it several times.
Placed an order through DoorDash, which has nothing to do with Doordash. Seems Jimmy Johns does there own deliveries. Which is WRONG! Because you are charged the DoorDash Fees.This was our experiences, on 2/1/24 placed an order through the Doordash App. around 11:40 am. At 12:55pm (yes over an hour later!) received a notice from DoorDash that the order was complete! Yet we had nothing, immediately contacted DoorDash live help. I don't know what changed in the past 6 months but it takes about 45 minutes to an hour to get 1 sandwich made..even longer if you oder delivery. I used to order there a lot because they were fast now it's not worth it.
